The special guest and moderator of the event was MasterChef judge Tetiana Litvinova. She presented edible flowers, including viola and nasturtium. The participants of the event were treated to a spring menu that combined traditions with modern gastronomic trends. A unique taste to each dish was added by a special ingredient – flowers.
"Here, love is in every detail, everything is so well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. This celebration can be called a celebration of aesthetics: every detail, every dish was made with great love and respect for people," said Litvinova.
The event at Crona Hotel&SPA was attended not only by hotel guests but also by owners of Ukrainian brands: from root-based food to the floral business. They shared their success stories. Among the speakers was the largest flower importer to Ukraine, Nadiia Dzidzariia, who also supplied flowers for this spring event.
"We talked about how the Netherlands and suppliers in general, greenhouses, are responding to healthy products and how large-scale this is, as well as how it has been developing over the years. Now huge Dutch companies and greenhouses are completely restructuring their complexes to grow edible flowers," she explained.
For the guests of the event, Crona Hotel&SPA organized a festive lottery, and partners DevoHome, a microgreens farm, Decoriana, as well as natural cosmetics brands Ishi.Ukraine and VICTORIA SHÉYNER, gifted their products.
A pleasant atmosphere reigned at the event
One of the hotel visitors, Kateryna Andriienko, shared her impressions of participating in the Rozkvit Show.
"It is very informative, it is interesting. I believe that such events should be held because people learn very interesting information about Ukrainian brands. Therefore, we will use them, we will support them, it is wonderful. Thanks to the Crona Hotel&SPA for such an opportunity," added the hotel guest.
At the end of the evening, the Honored Artist of Ukraine, Natalka Karpa, performed.
