Yoga in the fresh air, taking place on a lawn with mountains on the horizon and in a silence that transports to another dimension - this is what the ideal start of the day looks like and a "reset" for the soul and body.
In the warm season, we invite you to take advantage of this opportunity and try yoga gymnastics in nature with a qualified instructor, and discover this wonderful way to clear your mind and keep your body in great shape!
Registration for group or individual classes is made at the reception of our SPA center, and classes take place on the lawn in front of the terrace of the SPA center. If the weather is not favorable, we will move the class to the terrace of the SPA center. There are no age or physical limitations, all you need is comfortable clothes and a good mood!
Do you do sports? Or maybe there is physical activity in your life? If so, which one exactly? Sports are often associated with efforts, risks and injuries, or with a lack of time and space, but not with pleasure and harmony. But this is a wrong idea, because the classes "from under a stick" will not bring either pleasure or the desired effect. There is only one way out - to find a type of activity that you like and fits your lifestyle. It can be a walk or gym, horse riding or swimming, dancing or yoga. Let's talk more deeply about yoga, the ancient Indian system of mental and physical development.
Yoga in the Carpathians is a great way to change the usual perception of yoga. Yoga is extremely popular, and it is not surprising: it has almost no contraindications, does not require special equipment and easily fits into our fast pace of life, providing peace and harmony.
The complex of asanas - special poses and exercises that you will perform during classes - is aimed at normalizing the work of your body. For example, improving the breathing mechanism contributes to the expansion of blood vessels of the brain and heart and the narrowing of peripheral vessels, and the static tension of muscles, tendons and ligaments has a positive effect on the central nervous system and internal organs. When you exercise, your joints become more mobile, making you more flexible and lean.
Performing a series of asanas, even those that require standing on the head, ensures blood flow to the lungs and brain while relaxing the limbs. And these are just a few of the unique possibilities offered by yoga.
You can practice yoga in special yoga centers or fitness halls, as this popular training system is available almost everywhere. Or you can practice yoga yourself with the help of video lessons, of which there are many on the Internet. By choosing this type of training, you will get full mobility and be able to work out where it is convenient for you, for example, in nature.
