Step aerobics perfectly meets this second need.
Technically, it’s high-intensity cardio using a special platform. The biomechanics mimic constant stair climbing. But thanks to rhythmic music (120–140 BPM) and choreography, your focus shifts from fatigue to pure drive. Energy expenditure is comparable to a full run — one session can burn 350 to 600 kcal.
However, the result is measured not only by calories burned.
How it works in practice:
Lower body sculpting. Step is a recognized leader in shaping contours. Hips, glutes, and calves receive deep, high-quality loading from the very first minutes of the class.
Heart and brain training. You’re not just moving mechanically. Your brain constantly controls balance, keeps up with the rhythm, memorizes steps (like V-step or Step-up), and connects them into logical sequences. This is the perfect relief for those tired of work tasks and intellectual routine.
Well-structured class architecture. Our certified instructors build each session using a proven protocol: gentle joint warm-up > high-energy cardio block > targeted strength work (abs or arms with dumbbells) > final stretching to calm the pulse.
Important note: Step involves moderate impact loading. If you have acute knee joint issues, pronounced varicose veins, or a tendency to high blood pressure — just inform our trainer in advance. We will offer a safe alternative, such as aqua aerobics or Pilates.
