Roman Sauna
The sauna perfectly moisturizes the skin, enriches the body with moisture, and gently warms it. This is a wet steam room where the steam is heated to 38–47°C with nearly 100% humidity. To enhance the effect, the steam is infused with essential oils of eucalyptus, mint, and other beneficial aromas.
Russian Sauna
During a session in the Russian sauna, blood circulation and metabolism are strongly activated, allowing the body to be saturated with beneficial substances. Regular visits rejuvenate and renew the skin, giving it a healthier appearance. Temperature in the Russian sauna is 50–70°C with 40% humidity.
Finnish Sauna
This is a dry steam sauna with temperatures reaching 90–100°C and only 5–10% humidity. The Finnish sauna provides complete body relaxation, improves emotional state, stimulates blood circulation and metabolism, and eliminates toxins from the body. This type of relaxation often helps recover after heavy exertion and significantly boosts performance.
Infrared Sauna
A special room where the human body is exposed to infrared emitters. In the sauna, phytoncides are released into the air, suppressing or killing pathogenic bacteria. Cabin temperature reaches 38–45°C. The body is actively warmed from the inside without placing heavy strain on the heart, simply allowing the person to sweat profusely.
Ice Grotto
The ice grotto is something new in the world of SPA services, and we decided to be among the first to offer this experience to our guests. Visiting the grotto perfectly hardens the body, strengthens immunity, and invigorates. Temperature changes lead to shifts in the condition of organs and systems, as well as enhanced metabolism.
Lavender Aroma Room
A unique form of relaxation developed specifically for Crona Spa. This is a type of steam sauna with ergonomic benches featuring infrared heating. The basis of aromatherapy is the use of natural aromatic oils that completely relax the body.
Hay Therapy Room
A space for strengthening health and connecting with nature. For the hay therapy room, we use aromatic oils reminiscent of mint, yarrow, clover, geranium, fescue, forget-me-not, and other meadow herbs. Staying in this room improves blood and lymph circulation, trains blood vessels and the heart, eliminates stagnation in the body, and promotes better sleep.
