Are you familiar with that feeling when nature seems to pause time? We decided not to hide the kitchen behind four walls. Instead, we brought the Josper food court right into the heart of the Carpathian nature reserve in Skhidnytsia.
Look around. No city noise. Just stylish private wooden gazebos in dark tones, perfect green lawn, and an endless wall of mighty coniferous forest.
And right in the middle of this tranquility — open fire.
Why Josper specifically? Let’s be honest: a regular barbecue is always a compromise. Josper is a professional closed grill oven that works exclusively on pure hardwood charcoal. Extreme temperatures of 300–400°C inside do two things to the product. First, the piece of meat or fish seals instantly (creating that perfect crispy crust). Second, all the juices stay inside. And of course, that deep smoky aroma you simply can’t replicate on any stovetop.
You choose your own gazebo with a forest view, place your order, and simply exhale. No rush.
There are no random items on this menu block. Only what truly shines on charcoal:
Meat & BBQ: From classic steaks and signature burgers to juicy ribs.
Fresh fish: Tender trout with a light smoky crust.

When panoramic windows open to such a view, food has no right to be boring. That’s why in the main hall of EISENWALD we’ve moved away from typical hotel cliches.
Our culinary philosophy is a blend of understandable European base and colorful old Galician recipes. And yes, we place a strong emphasis on fresh local farm products. You can really taste it from the very first bite.
For your maximum comfort, the restaurant operates in two formats. The buffet line covers perfect breakfasts (08:00–10:00) and hearty dinners (18:00–20:00). During the day, you’ll find a full a la carte menu with light starters, rich soups, classic pasta, and signature desserts.
